Jeremy Zimmerman engaged in sexual contact against a known adult female and held her against her will. Contact included touch. Zimmerman used his relationship of trust to gain isolated access to the victim. He used force and threats of harm in an effort to maintain control. Zimmerman has also engaged in indecent exposure while in public in the presence of an unknown, adult female victim.
