Michael Pirkl has a history of engaging in sexual contact against known adult females. Contacts included penetration. Pirkl used kindness and friendliness to establish contact. Once trust was established Pirkl was granted access to victims' homes. Upon entry Pirkl used threats of violence and severe harm in order to maintain control.
