Jimmy Kennedy engaged in separate incidents of sexual contact against an unknown female teen and adult. Contacts included penetration. Kennedy accessed the victims' as they walked in public. He used force against the adult and coercion against the teen to draw them into a nearby residence. Kennedy maintained control through force, threats of violence, and use of a weapon.
