Jason Nelsen (at age 17) engaged in sexual contact with a known female child on at least two occasions. Contact included penetration. Force was used to gain compliance. Nelsen gained access to victim as he was a friend of the family. Nelsen has subsequent offense history involving discharging a firearm in a public setting, robbing victims, and threatening to shoot them. Nelsen gained access to victims as they were at the same social gathering.
