In 2005 Chad Miller engaged in sexual conduct and contact against a known male teen. Conduct included engaging in sexually explicit conversations. Contact included penetration. Miller accessed the victim via the internet then establishing and exploiting a relationship of trust. Additionally, Miller was found to be in possession of child sexual abuse materials.
