Robert Meyers has a history of engaging in sexual contact and attempted sexual contact against unknown adult females. Meyers has used friendliness in his efforts to isolate victims as well as lying-in-wait within public spaces praying on those isolated and unaware of his presence. Once isolated Meyers uses weapons, threats of significant bodily harm, and severe violence in his efforts to gain and maintain control. Additionally, Meyers has a significant history of indecent exposure involving him accessing victims while in public spaces and exposing/manipulating his genitals in their presence.
