Jimmie Peak has a history of engaging in sexual contact against known female children. Contact has included penetration. In all incidents Peake has used an established relationship of trust with the victims to attain and exploit unmonitored access. He uses manipulation, confusion and the victims' naiveite as methods of maintaining control.
