Rommel Fritz has a history of sexual contact against three minor and one teen-aged female victims who were known to him. Contact included touch and penetration. Fritz gained access through his established relationships of trust and exploited unmonitored contact. In a separate incident Rommel Fritz engaged in sexual contact against an unknown, teenaged female. Contact included penetration. Fritz gained access by encountering the victim as a runaway and offering assistance. He gained control through manipulation, coercion and force.
