Connor Hagberg engaged in sexual conduct and contact against a known female teenager. Contact included touch; conduct involved exposing his genitals. Hagberg gained accessed the victim via the internet using attention and affection to form a relationship of trust. He used this relationship to attain direct unmonitored access to the victim. Additionally, Hagberg was found in possession of child sexual exploitation material.
