Offense Information

Andrew Lieberman engaged in sexual contact against a known teenaged female. Contact included penetration. Lieberman accessed the victim over the internet and formulated a relationship of trust. He used that relationship to attain and exploit unmonitored contact. He used attention and affection in an effort to maintain control. Additionally, Lieberman has engaged in indecent exposure. He had approached female children and teens at different times while in his vehicle while they were in public. Lieberman would engage the victims in conversation and upon drawing their attention expose and manipulate his genitals in their presence.
