Jahi Sadiki (aka: Robert Fulton) has a history (1958-1973) of engaging in sexual assault against unknown female adults and a child. Sadiki would approach his victims as they walked in public, grabbing them forcefully from behind and taking them to concealed areas nearby. He used surprise and shock to attain initial control. He used force and threats of bodily harm in an effort to maintain control.
