Offense Information

Joseph Givens engaged in sexual contact with an unknown adult female. Contact included sexual touching and penetration. Givens gained access by approaching her and offering assistance. Force and threats were used to gain compliance. On a separate occasion, Givens (age 17) transported an unknown adult female to another location and engaged in sexual contact. Contact included penetration. Givens gained access by approaching her and another adult male and robbing them. Force, threats, weapons, and accomplices were used to gain compliance. Givens struck victim in the head, resulting in her death.
