At age 26, Michael Franson and two accomplices engaged in sexual contact with an unknown female teen. Contact included penetration. Franson gained access by meeting her at a social gathering, luring her outside, forcing her into a vehicle, and transporting her to another location. Force, a weapon, and two accomplices were used to gain compliance.
