Mark Fleischman has a history of engaging in sexual contact against known, adult females. In each incident Fleischman met and befriended the victims via social media. Over the course of the separate interactions, Fleischman would drug the victims' beverages without their knowledge. Fleischman would then exploit the victims' vulnerable state.
