Offense Information

Robert Alan Keogh engaged in three separate incidences of sexual contact against one known and two unknown, teenaged female victims. Contact included sexual touching and penetration. In two of the incidences, Keogh offered the unknown females a ride to gain access. He then offered cash payments in an attempt to maintain control. In one incident he used an established relationship to exploit access and attempt to maintain control.
