James Hilton has a history of separate incidents of sexual conduct and contact against a known teenaged female and an unknown adult female. Conduct included threats of intended sexual harm; contact included penetration. Hilton exploited a relationship of trust to gain unmonitored access with the teen. He used kindness and friendliness to gain isolated access with the adult. Hilton uses force and threats of significant bodily harm in his efforts to maintain control.
