Offense Information

John Guy engaged in separate incidents of sexual contact against a known female child, and a female teen. Contact included penetration. Guy gained access to the child victim as they were each in attendance at a social gathering held in a private residence. Guy took advantage of the victim's altered state to attain and maintain control. John Guy accessed the teen victim as she and others were with him in a hotel room.
