Jerry Moger engaged in repeat incidents of sexual conduct and contact against two separate male children whom he knew. Conduct included exposing and lewd behavior; contact included touch. With each incident Moger used his established relationships of trust to gain and exploit unmonitored access. He used the victims' confusion and naivety in an effort to maintain control.
